系统通过对大量工程冲压工艺案例知识化,建立冲压工艺大数据库,开发具有学习能力的人工智能推理算法,根据不同零件的特征识别和个性化参数输入,自动完成冲压工艺设计及工艺卡制作。降低对工程师经验要求,大幅提高设计效率,单个零件工艺设计时间不超过10分钟。
The system builds a comprehensive stamping process database from a wealth of engineered case knowledge. It employs self-learning AI reasoning algorithms that identify part features and accept tailored parameter inputs to automate process design and process card generation. This lowers the bar for required engineer experience and greatly boosts efficiency, cutting the design time for a single part to under 10 minutes.
